Jacy Melancon Jacy Melancon, of Austin, Texas, is the Director of Marketing and Creative Design for Fleur-de-Stone. She enjoys music, photography, travel, singing, songwriting, writing poetry and playing the drums. Jacy is currently working on her own line of decorative art, Bella Angelle, which features her original words and designs on ceramic tiles. She resides in Austin with her husband David and their three children - Christian, Zane, and Jude.
